Our core practices include yoga, breathwork, meditation and Pilates. Our timetable changes often with our practitioners, welcoming special classes, workshops and events such as soundbaths and kids’ yoga.

    A qualified personal trainer and Pilates teacher whose fitness beliefs centre around the motto ‘training for life’. This beginner’s Pilates class is a calm, guided workout that teaches simple & controlled movements to build core strength

  • Restore & Rise Breathwork with Nichola

    Sundays - 6PM

    ‍£10 All levels Drop in or book online

    Guided breathwork session beginning with gentle, flowing qi gong-inspired movements to warm up the breath and the body, followed by powerful breathing techniques to reset your nervous system and release tension. Boost your energy, build resilience and leave feeling restored, focused, uplifted and lighter. All levels welcome.

    Please bring a blanket and pillow. 

  • 4 Week Beginners Yoga

    Wednesdays - 6PM

    4 week course — £50

    Join Chelsey for this beginners course if you are somebody that's up for a slow and steady introduction to yoga. We'll be exploring basic body awareness and a variety of yoga postures. Throughout the month you should be able to build up your 'yoga practice' with knowledge and ease.

    Amy is passionate about Zumba as it is where her own fitness journey started and the love of Latino vibes has got her hooked again! Amy says dancing makes you feel good in a world that can feel so serious.

    Zumba gives us a space to let go, heal and just have fun!

    Amys classes are all about good energy, big smiles and moving in a way that feels right for you. She will always look after you, give you lower impact options and cheer you on no matter what your pace.

  • Morning Slow Flow Yoga

    Wednesdays - 7.30AM

    £12 per class/£40 - 4 class pass (to be used within 5 weeks of purchase)

    60 min - All Levels

    Start your day with a gentle yet strengthening flow designed to wake up the body and calm the mind. Moving at an unhurried pace you will build strength, mobility and balance while connecting breath with movement. Expect feel good stretches and grounding poses that leave you feeling energised and ready for the day.

    Suitable for all abilities.

  • Gong Bath

    30th April - 7.45PM

    £15 - Please book in advance

    Join Cassie for a Gong Bath and if you have never experienced one then think of it as a sonic massage. Whilst you lay in a meditative state the frequencies and vibrations both relax and ground the body. You will be left feeling a deeper sense of clarity and connection to yourself. They are also greatly beneficial for anxiety, ptsd and chronic illness as well as general relaxation.

    Body temperature is likely to drop during this bath so wear extra layers for warmth.

    Bring a cushion, warm blanket and an eye mask for maximum comfort.

This class is designed for those wanting a little more combining strength and dynamic movement Think stretch, strength and sweat! Using props like dumbbells, pilates balls and blocks to enhance movement.
